Hi Hiroshi,
Just a general remark from a company that got the phase one logo.
Multiplying the phases or the steps, means multiplying the costs spent
by companies for the tests and different procedures. So, if the
difference between 2 phases is not so important I don't see a major
interest to spend manpower for a new logo.
